Project photography of maintenance and renovation

Real estate photography and visual content for maintenance and renovation projects

In the years following 2008, many (monumental) properties were not properly maintained. Woodwork was painted on minimal budgets, and façades were left uncleaned. De Bruijnesteijn Groep, part of Bolhaar Vastgoedzorg in Amsterdam, operates in a substantial and growing market.

Monumental buildings

When painters get to work, woodwork visibly improves almost immediately. A well-maintained façade quickly looks strong in a photograph. For this property maintenance company, however, I deliberately photographed woodwork and several façades that were still in poor condition. This way, it will soon be clearly visible what kind of work De Bruijnesteijn Groep delivers.

Extensive deferred maintenance

Previously, I was not fully aware of the number of buildings suffering from deferred maintenance. Try paying attention to it yourself when driving through the city. A good example is the last image on this page. It shows the property on the corner of the Overtoom and Frederiksstraat in Amsterdam. The façade has been cleaned, and the window frames have been repaired and repainted.

Pay particular attention to the contrast with the adjacent buildings. You only truly see how much something improves when you have a clear reference of how it looked before.

Professional real estate photography and visual content for maintenance and renovation

Would you like to document maintenance and renovation projects in a convincing way for reference, tendering, or marketing purposes? As a professional photographer and content creator, I support property maintenance companies, contractors, and real estate managers with high-quality visual content. From overview shots to detailed images that highlight craftsmanship — I create visuals that build trust and clearly demonstrate the transformation from before to after. Feel free to get in touch for an introduction or a tailored proposal.
