I created these project photographs of a detached home in Aalsmeer that has been completely renovated. Only a few of the original exterior walls were retained. I photographed the property for Den Haan Bouw and ENZO architectuur & interieur.
Upon arriving at the home, the first thing that stood out to me was the generous roof structure. It replaces the entire former first floor. The higher ridge creates a significant amount of new living space. Combined with the roof windows and the chosen colour palette, this renovation results in an exceptionally successful *renewal* of the home.
