Interior photography Sports canteen

Ready for the future after a complete transformation

Football club HSV ’69 in De Hoef is ready for the future following a transformation of its sports canteen. The interior has been updated with a modern design and a solid new bar. I created these photos to give an impression.

Distinctive use of materials in the bar

Once inside, the choice of materials immediately stands out. The use of vertical wooden slats is contemporary and something we see more often these days. In this design, however, the wood beautifully complements the concrete bar top.

Practical storage spaces

Behind and beneath the bar, there is ample space for storing products intended for sale. The back cabinet is practically laid out and cleanly designed, making it easy to keep tidy.

Wall finishes

The vertical wooden slats are repeated on several walls, creating a strong sense of cohesion between the different areas of the canteen.

Solid wooden benches

The solid wooden benches were custom-made by a furniture maker. Initially, the plan was to create one large bench, but the decision was made to opt for separate, smaller benches instead. This allows the layout to be adjusted for parties or special occasions.

Working together on your (re)construction projects?

It’s my passion to photograph the work of skilled craftspeople in the right way. Use project photography on your website or social media—but it’s also highly effective during (introductory) client conversations. Show what you’re proud of, so others understand why they should work with you.
