Over the past year, Renault launched a series of new models. The innovations behind these models needed to be understood by sales staff, technicians, and customer service teams. For automotive technicians, dedicated technical training sessions were therefore organized. My assignment was to document these trainings with professional photography and video for an inspiring annual overview.
Throughout the year, technicians from affiliated dealership companies are trained to work on the latest models. In addition to learning new technical skills, they also learn a great deal from one another. The interaction between trainers on the one hand and participants and vehicles on the other offers many opportunities for strong and authentic imagery.
At various locations across the Netherlands, I captured footage at different moments throughout the year. Bringing all these images together resulted in a dynamic edit with a strong sense of variety and movement. This experience is inspiring for me as a content creator. Hearing positive feedback is rewarding, but even more valuable is how these experiences help me continue to refine and improve my work for future projects.
