Earlier, I created time-lapses of wrapping two cars at Rosenboom in Aalsmeer: the Tesla Model X and the BMW 220i. Last week, we captured footage and a time-lapse of wrapping a 13-meter-long trailer for Dutch Qargo.
Before the wrapping process began, the prepared design files were checked before being printed. Rosenboom has its own large-format printer, and we wanted to show that in the edit.
After printing, the vinyl sheets were laminated to protect them from weather conditions once applied to the trailer.
The laminated strips were then automatically precision-cut on a Zünd cutting machine: a process that used to take hours was now completed in less than fifteen minutes.
An edit created for Rosenboom reclame en schadeherstel.
