Tonight at around 8:10 pm, the moon will cover about 90% of the sun, seen from the Netherlands. Although solar eclipse glasses are available, it also gave me a good reason to do some tinkering this morning.
This video by Angela Wiser on YouTube showed how easy it can be to build your own Camera Obscura. Maybe I’m still in holiday mode, but I thought: why not make one for tonight’s eclipse?
