For the Audi Q6 e-tron launch I delivered both stills and an aftermovie from a multi-day event: one maker on site, two edits — one for the public, one for internal review.
An event, a training series, a product launch — sometimes the story needs both motion and a still frame. Photography since 2014 and film since 2019, both delivered by one maker on one location. That saves logistics, planning and direction.
We agree on four things up front: audience, intended use, privacy or strategic exclusions, and the focal points of the programme. For internal review I often make a second, longer edit with participants on camera. For public communications, some things stay deliberately off-frame.
For the dealer-network introduction I captured a multi-day programme in stills and film. The aftermovie came in two versions: one for participants and the public, one for internal review.
For this kind of brief the combination is efficient — one maker on site, one briefing, two stories for different audiences.
For events, training programmes or product launches I combine both. Clear up front what we'll make, usable afterwards across several channels.
