For eight years I produced property photography, 360° tours and NEN2580 measurement reports for one agency — until a merger and a need for variety shifted the balance. The combination of photo, 360 and floor plan in one visit works for sellers and agent alike.
Between 2014 and 2025 I photographed homes for property managers, agents and private landlords in Hilversum, Apeldoorn, Amersfoort and Almere. First serving 8 to 12 agencies at the same time, later inside a broader mix of services.
What worked from the start: one visit, three deliverables. Interior photography, a 360° tour and — since 2020 — a NEN2580 measurement report with floor plan. The seller only opens the door once.
In 2017 I met an agency through the realtor who sold our own house, and worked with them for eight years. After a merger in 2025 we stopped — not from dissatisfaction, but because the new agency had more work than I wanted to take on as a freelancer.
In the same years I built relationships elsewhere: hospitality interiors, project photography for contractors and furniture makers, product and portrait work. A few of the old agents still call when their regular supplier can't deliver. Those days feel familiar again.
